Brownfield
When your SAP system remains tightly aligned with your business processes, the brownfield SAP S/4HANA implementation is by far the most efficient. It preserves all existing data and configurations in your new SAP S/4HANA system.
Greenfield
When your SAP system diverges from your business processes, the greenfield implementation approach is preferred. About 10% of our customers choose this approach.
Selective Data Transition
This hybrid of Greenfield and Brownfield approaches offers conversion benefits like those of Brownfield whilst avoiding the scale and cost demanded by Greenfield.
Clean-Core
No matter which approach you select, we will implement a clean-core approach. Many of your old customisations will either be absorbed into standard products or migrated to the Business Technology Platform (BTP).
