I’ve been working at Kaar Tech for more than a decade now, and genuinely feel like I’m bound with no words to elaborate my journey as a Kaarian. As an Admin Assistant, the thrive to provide a comfortable working environment to all our employees motivates me to work efficiently each and every day. One prime learning I got from Kaar Tech is when it comes to learning enough is never enough.
Being the Admin Manager I strongly disagree that the duty of admin is to only take care of the organization’s assets. I strongly believe and make sure to care of our employees who we consider as the greatest assets of Kaar Tech. My career’s evolution at Kaar Tech is truly unexplainable, the amount of exposure, knowledge, freedom, and opportunities I got made me evolve from being a Travel Executive to HR Operations Lead and now as an SAP SuccessFactors Consultant. The positive work environment, personal motivation from directors, friendly managers, and family-like peers played a huge role in developing me both personally and professionally with an easy move on strategy.
4+ years in Kaar Tech and it’s still looking fresh. Obviously, I did start my career at a fantabulous place and the opportunities to learn is multi-fold in short span of time. Whenever I think about Kaar Tech I’m reminded of a place that reflects family much more than a corporate culture. The very first thing I noticed upon entering Kaar Tech is the spirit of Motivation from all four directions. My passion for working on the career step ahead for people made me land in Kaar. The most remarkable experience of my life ties in with Kaar Tech who cherished each accomplished task with awards and recognitions.
