The Client is an independent Water and Power producer, established in 2015, as part of Qatar’s biggest power and water projects. They own one of the largest desalination and power generation plants in the region with a daily production capacity of 2520 Megawatt of power and 136.5 million gallons of draining water per day. ​They apply state-of-the-art technologies that conserve the environment and ensure highest standards in water production and electricity generation.

The Client needed an Analytics solution to derive more actionable business insights from business processes such as procurement, finance, Administrative and Human Resource. The Client was lacking an enterprise-wide single source of truth a reliable, consistent and controlled reporting was also in need.
