The Client is a leading Public Sector organization who provides financial  and  advisory  services  for  various  companies in the Kingdom. They support growth and development of local industries and assist in upgrading their level of performance.

The client wanted to integrate AMER, a global contact center  in the KSA with SAP. This process were initially is a tedious one requiring continuous manual process. The client needed standardization and integration of business processes across functions using SAP Best Solutions. Kaar Technologies integrated SAP with AMER for best transparency and decision making.
