Challenged by disparate data formats and complex Purchase Requisition workflows across multiple Joint Ventures (JVs), this project aimed to revolutionize procurement processes within the Oil, Gas, and Energy sectors. The intricate task involved deploying a robust Procurement Integration Framework, integrating SAP ERP and SAP PI/PO technologies. To address security concerns in stakeholder communication, HTTPS/SSL was implemented. Standardizing data input across entities and automating complex workflows resulted in a reduction in average processing time. The initiative also introduced a centralized Vendor Master Data Management module, minimizing errors and ensuring data consistency. Real-time contract automation not only reduced manual efforts but also reduced reporting errors. These technical advancements lay the foundation for enhanced operational efficiency, secure communication, and improved data consistency, ultimately fostering more informed decision-making.
