While it is important to have fun, it is equally imperative that we remain up to date with what’s happening within the organization. This is why Thursdays at KaarTech are dedicated to webinars, where experts in their fields are invited to address the employees over the course of an hour.
Our employees are provided with platforms to showcase their talents and demonstrate that there is a life outside of the 9-to-5. These webinars provide a much-needed change of scene, covering a wide variety of subjects, with some of our webinars also centered around music, mind-reading, and magic!

We are proud to be a family of over 2500+ individuals, each encouraged to nurture not only their professional skills but also their personal passions in areas such as the arts, sports, dance, music, and more.
To encourage this, we’ve organized several tournaments such as football, table tennis, badminton, cricket, and carrom, offering our employees the opportunity to pursue their hobbies and enjoy a healthy work-life balance.
We follow an open-door policy. Any employee, regardless of their experience, age, or skill, has the privilege of walking directly into the Management Team Member’s cabins to express their grievances and voice their concerns about the organization’s operations. Their feedback is taken seriously, and new initiatives are implemented to address areas of concern and improve employee experience.
