He has years of experience in IT as an SAP Consultant and has managed multi-million dollar projects in more than 17 European countries. He has traveled extensively during that period to interact directly with customers. A passionate and a self driven entrepreneur with relentless energy, enthusiasm, and broad knowledge, he is a compelling person to interact with. The attrition rate is minimal as compared to the companies of same league because of the excellent work culture that has been created and readily imbibed by Team Kaar. He envisions building an organization with a foundation of strong ethical practice, and a growth with commitment to social causes.

He graduated as a Production engineer from prestigious PSG Technology, Coimbatore, India. A voracious reader and enjoys spending free time with his family and traveling.

Director & CMO, Ratna has close to 15 years of Techno-Managerial experience having architected many products and solutions. A good listener who demands excellence at every step from his team. Known for his wit and sense of humor he interacts with ease. His business strategy has led to strong partnerships and has been instrumental in expanding Kaar’s service portfolio to various verticals.

Director & CTO, George has close to 17 years of SAP Consulting experience. He was associated with global giants in Europe, Asia Pacific and Americas. His insight and deep understanding about complex ecosystem of product development, intuitive understanding of customer requirement and emphasis on innovative approach has formed a creative team to package a viable solution for businesses.

Director & COO, Selva has close to 15 years of Techno-Managerial experience at Global Majors. He has a calm disposition yet possesses enormous energy, and believes strongly in the power of human potential. His ability to motivate and bring out the best in an individual has enabled the team to achieve record levels in service delivery.

Promoter & Director, Frans Damen a visionary with decades of experience in the European IT landscape. Also the Founder of Phobos, a large SAP services provider and our JV partner in the Netherlands with special focus in healthcare vertical.
